Hi! I’m Liza,

Your partner in curating spaces that spark joy and bring clarity to your life.

My love for tidying started early. As a school-age child, my prized possession was a pencil case with perfectly arranged compartments for every tool — pencils, erasers, rulers, you name it. When my parents were working, I’d happily organize my room… and once that was done, I’d move on to the rest of the house. Not every effort was a home run — I once tossed out my parents’ favorite videotapes thinking they didn’t need them anymore, only to learn an important lesson about respecting communal spaces and others’ belongings.

In college and beyond, friends joked that I left behind a “trail of neatness” wherever I went. As a roommate, I was known as “the one who kept the household in order.” Over the years, friends and family have consistently remarked on my organizational skills and how much they appreciate the calm and order I bring. Those compliments planted the seed for starting Curated Sparks — because I love making direct, one-on-one impact. Helping someone transform their spaces is more than just rearranging items; it’s giving them back time, mental space, and energy for what matters most.

Ten years ago, I picked up The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo — and it was like meeting a soulmate. Her philosophy resonated deeply with me, and I became an avid follower of her method. Now, I’m in the process of obtaining my KonMari Consultant Certification so I can share these principles with even more people. My work is rooted in the belief that every object in your home should either serve a purpose or spark a light in your heart. I help clients declutter, organize, and create sustainable systems so they can maintain only what they truly love, and in the process, discover joy in other aspects of life.

Now, as part of a family of six — including two school-aged kids and two lively dogs — I’ve seen firsthand how a well-organized home creates space for connection, creativity, and joy. One of my proudest moments as a parent was returning from a weekend trip to find my daughter beaming with pride over her newly organized room. We spent the rest of that day in the best mood — playing board games, dreaming up new pets she wanted, and telling each other silly stories.

When we work together, it’s not just about tidying “things.” It’s about creating a home that supports your dreams, reflects your story, and fills your everyday moments with ease and joy. I approach each project with warmth, confidentiality, and a genuine excitement for helping you discover the treasures you already own — and the calm you’ve been craving. This isn’t just about tidying — it’s about organizing with purpose so every corner sparks delight and other aspects of life is also uplifted.
